Hannah graduated with a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, with an undergraduate degree in Cognitive and Social Psychology. She also was trained and certified personally by Dr. Rick Malter in the interpretation of the Trace Elements HTMA lab results. Hannah is also certified in the Root Cause Protocol (RCP), a course that deepened her understanding of mineral balancing, especially as it relates to copper and iron. Saliva Testing A common way to assess adrenal hormones is by taking a diurnal cortisol curve saliva test. The Diurnal Cortisol Cx4 Saliva Hormone Test, by ZRT Laboratory, is designed to measure the levels of the hormone cortisol, taken four times in a 24-hour period (morning, noon, evening, and bedtime). The adrenal gland produces the hormone cortisol in response to stress. Prolonged high cortisol production can lead to chronic fatigue, "adrenal burnout" and other health problems.

We offer the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test (Profile 1 HTMA) as a very economical way to chart your nutritional status and/or detoxification progress. The multi-element assay of hair (36 elements) is performed by a federally licensed laboratory called Trace Elements, Inc. Each analysis comes with a 2 page bar graph illustration from the lab itself showing the measurement of toxic metal levels, mineral content, significant mineral and toxic element ratios found in the hair sample.
