If you purchase any of our products and change your mind about using them for any reason within 30 days, and have not opened or used them, simply return unopened product along with a copy of your original invoice. We will issue you a prompt refund of your original purchase price, minus any shipping charges (if incurred), and minus a *5% processing fee.

*The 5% processing fee is to cover the cost of credit card and/or Paypal fees charged to us at the time of purchase. The 5% fee also covers administrative costs of processing a refund and handling the return. As well, the 5% fee is applicable to refunds on orders that have not shipped yet (exceptions given too extenuating circumstances).

*Also Note: We do not offer refunds on any hair analysis test kits once you've purchased them, or the hair analysis consultations and written reports. Keep in mind the hair analysis kit submittal form you receive is valid for up to one year in case you need to wait before submitting your hair sample.

Recommended When Returning a Product(s): Because we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product back, we strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can track the package (like UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail) or has a signature required option.
