ONE TABLET SUPPLIES:
Zinc (zinc bisglycinate chelate and zinc monomethionine) - 25 mg
L-Methionine - 5 mg
         
Other ingredients:        
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, crosscarmellose sodium, coating (hypromellose, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose) vegetable magnesium stearate, and silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, corn, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Suggested Usage:   Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet per day with a meal or follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
