Our Holistic Health Consultation & Follow-up Summary is tailored to your specific health needs. During your initial 1 Hour Consultation with Hannah Cherny, MSHN, HTMAp., you will learn what dietary and lifestyle changes can make the biggest difference in how you feel and function in your daily life. After your consultation, Hannah will put together a brief 1-2 page summary highlighting the major points of discussion along with recommendations for moving forward.

Hannah, who holds a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, is an integrative health practitioner who will guide you in how to identify the ways you are compromising your health and simple things you can do to improve your chances of regaining your health and vitality. Hannah's area of specialty focuses on the following issues:

• Detoxification guidance, especially problem areas like liver/kidney/skin etc.
• Optimizing digestion capacity and function for maintaining a healthy digestive system.
• Learning how to eat for nutritional density.
