The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Review and Interpretation of Results (for Profile 1, Profile 2 or Profile 3) is a one (1) hour phone or zoom consultation that is designed to give you a clear understanding of the significance of each essential mineral, mineral ratio and toxic element indicated in your hair analysis report.

If you purchased the Trace Elements hair analysis test through a different practitioner, you will need to supply us with a copy of your test results before you book your consultation.

Your consult will be given by one of our hair analysis specialists, Rebecca Yenchik, CMS, CNC, HTMAp, or Hannah Cherny, MSHN, HTMAp, RCP.

Rebecca Yenchik is a certified nutritional consultant (CNC) and health educator who has been trained and certified by leading experts in the interpretation of the Trace Elements HTMA reports, including Dr. Rick Malter, Ph.D., who authored the book Strands of Health. Hannah Cherny is a certified nutritionist with several years experience working in clinical settings as a health coach and nutrition specialist. She is also certified in the Root Cause Protocol (RCP) by Morley Robbins and also trained and certified by Dr. Rick Malter in the interpretation of HTMA reports. When you purchase a consult with follow-up summary, your specialist will go over in detail the results of your test and explain how the levels measured relate to your metabolic rate, stress and energy levels, hormones and blood sugar. They will make further recommendations on diet and supplementation that is specific to your needs for improving your mineral balancing and any nutritional deficiencies. After your phone consult, you will receive by email a personalized 4 page follow-up summary of what was discussed.

The hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) is an accurate laboratory test that reflects how nutrient minerals relate to your stress reactions and your energy production. The patterns of nutrient minerals that are shown in an HTMA can be read like a mineral map revealing how a person may be functioning physically and mentally.

 What to Expect:

Once you have purchased the Hair Analysis Consult and have received your Trace Elements Lab Report, our staff will email you a link to fill out a consent form and an intake form (allow 10-30 minutes to complete). Once we have received back your intake and consent form, you will receive a second email for you to schedule your consult online by choosing an available time slot that is convenient for you. Our specialist will use the additional information provided on your intake form during your consult along with the lab results to put together a personalized follow-up written summary for you. During your phone or zoom consultation, our specialist will go over your mineral ratios as indicated on your lab results and discuss what is needed to get to the ideal values. The mineral profile shows what your ratio values indicate according to metabolic type, stress ratio, heavy metals sensitivity, blood sugar ratio, thyroid, adrenal and endocrine gland ratios. They will also highlight any specific mineral readings that are of concern or out of reference range and how your overall mineral pattern could be affecting your health and energy levels. Our mineral specialists will answer as many questions as they can in the time permitted.

A Note Regarding Purchasing a Written Interpretation: It is important that you book your consultation within one month of receiving your HTMA results, so as to ensure the interpretation and recommendations provided by the specialist will most accurately reflect your current body chemistry and mineral levels. If you wait several weeks or months after your testing, the supplement recommendations and guidelines may only be about 50% accurate due to the time lapse.
