Laurie forged her path of interest in holistic health at a very young age, innately sensing that the body’s health and wellness were directly connected to nutritional and other lifestyle factors. Her interest in optimizing health with functional nutrition became a lifelong passion.

After beginning undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Laurie went on to receive her B.Sc. in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, Alabama. She enjoyed her role as Whole Body Team Educator at Whole Foods Market in Tucson, Arizona before joining Evenbetternow in 2023. Laurie’s desire to upgrade her health strategy with mineral balancing led her to train in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis at the Malter Institute (located in Cottonwood, Arizona) through which she received her Certificate of Completion in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis from Rick Malter, Ph.D.

Laurie continues her education in the field of mineral balancing through HTMA interpretation review at Evenbetternow, personal studies/research interests, and HTMA Virtual Summit attendance. She enjoys working directly with clients and using her diverse knowledge base and vast personal experience to assist in “piecing together the health puzzle.” Laurie understands that healing is a very personal journey, and she is dedicated to creating an individualized wellness action plan with prioritized consideration for each client’s unique needs and personal challenges.
