Two Ways to Use ConcenTrace

1. As a Daily Mineral Supplement

Add ½ teaspoon (40 drops) to any beverage or food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor, or take straight followed by a glass of juice or water.

Start slow: Begin with ¼ teaspoon (20 drops) for 3 consecutive days, then increase by 5 drops per day up to ½ teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice daily. Larger amounts are safe but may cause a laxative effect.

2. Re-Mineralize Your Water
